… what a great honour and encouragement for us!

We assure you, participants, schools and parents, that we are doing everything in our might to ensure we can meet in June.

So that the great celebration of extraordinary little artists survives even this adversity.

We have a lot of experience in overcoming difficulties, because in many of the all-year-round active 25 years of our popular Rye Island Crayons event, we did not receive grant support.

Really.

All the more significant was – in the past, just as it is now - the help of the Town of Dunajská Streda, which basically saved the event in 2001, under the leadership of Mayor Peter Pázmány.

Throughout the years, and at present, we continue to receive financial support from our municipality.

In addition, we must mention the numerous donors, municipalities, companies and individuals who have been contributing and continue to contribute to the awarding ceremony for 25 years.
